Anger at God: A Symptom of True Faith

The psalms give us lots of models for prayer.  Many of them are from individuals who are really frustrated with God.  I used to be really bothered by that, but I now see it as an act of faith.  It seems a lot like a marriage, where the key to keeping it alive is learning how to communicate.  If one partner gets so hurt that they shut themself off, then the marriage is in bad shape.  The key to having a good relationship with God, just like a marriage, is learning how to bring up your frustrations and get them dealt with.
